@ShopifySupport My website DOES exist, but Shopify is down. This just looks like I've closed my shop down @ShopifySupport please amend the wording to say we will be right back etc.
@UPS I'm a small business. I was expecting a UPS delivery yesterday, it didn't arrive. Today I get an email saying 8.30am to 10.30am, then it changes to 12.30pm. And now 6.30-8.30PM outside of business hours. Received no help at all from your phone team. Poor service.
@StagecoachCNL Bus has just arrived, apparently it broke down, that's the second break down in the past week. Its not great when its costing me 2 x £20 a week for approx 10 minutes total journey on the bus each day per child. Very expensive for such a short journey on unreliable busses.
@StagecoachCNL any update on the s92. It was due Dalston Road Richardson Street at 8.08. No sign of it and its not turned its tacker on so we can't see where it is. My children have been waiting since 8am. Kids are going to be late for school. Thanks
@StagecoachCNL The S92 carlisle to Dalston bus failed to stop this morning on Dalston Road Richardson street stop. Extremely disappointed as my 2 girls rely on your bus to take them to school and both parents work. I've submitted an online complaint, not happy!
@iD_Mobile_UK@ThreeUK My wife and I are both ID Mobile customers, we both could not use our phones all day yesterday due to your technical problem. You should refund your customers 1 day for loss of service, which is only fair.

Hi @Tesco any idea when we can use our clubcard points towards delivery saver? My delivery saver renews next week and it says there is currently technical issues converting tesco vouchers to delivery saver credit. Thanks
@TPExpressTrains hi my daughter tried to get on the 15.59 train this afternoon from Penrith to Carlisle which she travels on every day from school. She was denied entry and told to wait 45 minutes for the next train due to overcrowding. How can we get compensation for the delay.
@Tesco disappointed that our delivery due between 8pm and 9pm was cancelled today. We had to spend our afternoon with the kids at Tesco as we planned for food to arrive today.
