@British_Airways Was asked to verify documents, which I did, also got an email from you that they’re verified and now the system and call centre says I have check in at the airport? I have to fill an online portal form to go to India which needs a seat number. How do I do that??

However, tourist e-visas are not being issued to British Citizens anymore, nor we know if they are resuming this facility anytime soon, which is getting more complicated for people in the UK to travel to India.

I am very scared to use the bus now as I am dependent on them for my everyday travel to work as well as Uni. My work mostly is at 6am and if I am refused the one and only service that gies to town in the morning I am scared I will be missing my bus everyday.

@StagecoachNE absolutely disappointed with one of your bus staff. Even after showing valid student ID and valid student bus pass I was refused an entry to this bus on Blackett Street at 15.52. This is 62 service to Killingworth.

I’ve been using this student card and service for 2 years now and have never been refused the service, I am not sure what has happened here. I was very embarrassed as I didnt know what to do and when I asked the name of the bus driver, he refused saying “it’s privacy policy”
