At the same time, civilians inside Iran cannot receive critical warnings like the one issued by @CENTCOM about avoiding ports used by Iranian forces.

Iranians outside the country can see these alerts.
But our families inside Iran cannot.

Because the Islamic Republic has shut down the internet, millions of civilians are being left without evacuation alerts, safety warnings, or emergency information during an active conflict.
