I no longer recommend @GPatHand; in fact, steer clear! It worked well at first, but has gone downhill fast. An appt I waited a week for did not go through for reasons unknown. The "help" agent stated I just had to rebook, again with another week's wait.

@easyJet notified me of my cancelled flight TRN - LGW on 29 Sep. They rebooked me on BA for the same day, though several hours later. Not ideal, but they did their best in my case.

Compliments to the @easyJet crew on EZY6407 from Gatwick to Turin on 20 Sep for ensuring passengers in the front rows could use the front luggage bins. Big difference when you don't have to swim like a salmon upstream to retrieve your bags after landing.
