Biotech company Ruby Bio partnered with #ABPDU in 2022 for the initial scale-up of their biosurfactants made with microbial fermentation.
Today, the company has developed a full portfolio of naturally-derived surfactants.
We couldn’t have done it without the missing link that ABPDU provided in helping us get off the bench and scale up in large bioreactors," said Ruby Bio CEO Charlie Silver. "ABPDU effectively de-risked our product from both a technical and economic perspective.”
"In order to turn bold ideas into practical solutions at a scale which benefits society, industry needs access to the scientific expertise provided by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory & other national laboratories," says @BerkeleyLab's Deepti Tanjore. https://t.co/3CfB6fJKU5
