I finally got frustrated and just started building the system I was looking for. With the help of my good friend Garrett, we’ve perfected it and made it into a platform that we can easily share—we’re calling it OrthoOS.
When I was in your shoes, I saw dozens of different approaches to taking notes on cases. I tried many of them, and was disappointed with all of them. Either the notes were clunky, difficult to search, or just such a mountain of slop prevented it from being a helpful resource.
@Davembmd Not even close to an N of >1000. But have done this dozens of times with no issues as well. Very helpful for closed reducing lisfranc/midfoot dislocations!
