@ML_Philosophy Maybe it’s different for others but I need time. Time to process, time to grieve properly, time to work through the what ifs, time to establish (or restablish) healthy routines, time to be sad. Then time to be happy, time to see this as a new beginning not an ending. Time to be.
@livewithnoregrt I do actually. I don’t always get it right, and I’m not always as brave as I would like to be. But I am kind, I am thoughtful and I try and help people. And I always try do the right thing even when no-one is looking or when someone is not part of my future. So I do think I’m ok.
@mindfulmaven_ There is no meaning to life. We exist for a brief time in a benign, but indifferent, universe. The only ‘truth’ that really exists is that we never get away with anything in the long term. Everything we say, do and think makes us who we are and characterises our journey.
@livewithnoregrt Tough to choose one. But probably it has been exploring, setting and maintaining healthy personal boundaries. I feel like it’s the foundation that everything else is built upon.
