Following successful completion of his tenure as Pakistan’s Ambassador to China, Mr. Khalil Hashmi will be joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs next week. He has made important contribution to further advancing the close and enduring Pakistan-China friendship.

I am pleased to share that Mr. Ali Asad Gilani will succeed him as Pakistan’s next Ambassador to China. Having served at important positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I am confident that he will further advance the Pakistan China all-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership and build on the important work undertaken by his predecessors.

My best wishes to both Ambassadors for their respective assignments.

The 33rd Foreign Secretary of Pakistan, Ambassador Amna Baloch, after a distinguished career spanning over three decades and her tenure as Foreign Secretary since 11 September 2024, will retire from government service on 17 September 2026. I commend her dedicated service and leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during a consequential period in Pakistan's diplomatic history.

Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch leaves behind a legacy of dedicated public service, and carries with her our warmest wishes. She will assume charge as Pakistan's Ambassador to Türkiye, after retirement. I am confident she will continue to serve Pakistan with distinction in this new role.

I am delighted to also announce that Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, who is currently Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, will be the next Foreign Secretary of Pakistan.

I am confident that, under Ambassador Asim's leadership, the Foreign Office will continue to advance Pakistan's interests with clarity, professionalism and purpose, building on the important work undertaken by Ambassador Amna Baloch and all her predecessors.

I am further pleased to share that the Honourable Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif @CMShehbaz has kindly approved the aforesaid assignments.

اب جو لوگ افغان طلبہ کے اخراج پر ماتم کر رہے ہیں، وہ ذرا آئینہ بھی دیکھ لیں۔ اگر کسی ملک میں رہ کر اسی ملک کے خلاف نفرت پھیلائی جائے، اس کی سلامتی کے خلاف سوچ پروان چڑھائی جائے اور پھر ریاست کارروائی کرے تو اسے ظلم نہیں، ریاست کا حق کہتے ہیں۔
اصل سوال یہ ہے کہ افغان نوجوانوں کے ذہنوں میں پاکستان کے خلاف یہ زہر بھرا کس نے؟
اس کی ذمہ دار بھی وہ افغان حکومتیں ہے جنہوں نے دہائیوں تک پاکستان دشمن بیانیے کو ہوا دی، اپنی ناکامیوں کا ملبہ پاکستان پر ڈالا اور نوجوان نسل کو نفرت کی سیاست میں دھکیلا۔ وہی حکومتیں کبھی بھارت کی گود میں بیٹھ کر پاکستان کے خلاف سازشیں کرتی رہیں، کبھی پاکستان کو برباد کرنے کی دھمکیاں دیتی رہیں،تو کبھی سیم ڈی این اے کے نعرے لگاتی رہی اہنی سرحدیں تک پاکستان خلاف دہشتگردی کے لیے بھارت کو دیتی رہی،،اور آج اسی سوچ کی بازگشت افغان نوجوانوں میں سنائی دیتی ہے تو حیرت نہیں ہے
پاکستان نے مشکل وقت میں افغانستان کے عوام کے لیے اپنے دروازے کھولے، لاکھوں لوگوں کو پناہ دی، تعلیم اور روزگار کے مواقع دیے۔ بدلے میں اگر کوئی پاکستان ہی کے خلاف نفرت پھیلائے پاکستان میں رہتے پاکستان کے وجود کو ماننے سے انکار کرے پاکستان کو لہو لہان کرے اور اس لہو لہان ہوتے پاکستان پر قہقہے لگائے تو پھر مہمان نوازی کا بھی ایک مقام ہے اور ریاستی غیرت کی بھی ایک حد ہے،
رونے، واویلا کرنے اور پاکستان کو قصوروار ٹھہرانے سے پہلے یہ سوال اپنے افغان طالبان حکمرانوں سے کریں کہ انہوں نے اپنی نسلوں کو کیا سکھایا؟
پاکستان کسی کا غلام نہیں، کسی کا اکھاڑہ نہیں اور نہ ہی اپنی ہی سرزمین کے خلاف نفرت برداشت کرنے کا پابند ہے۔ جو یہاں رہے گا، اسے پاکستان کے قانون اور ریاستی وقار کا احترام کرنا ہوگا۔
مہمان کی عزت ضرور، مگر پاکستان دشمنی کی قیمت ضرور ادا کرنا ہوگی۔

عدالت سے جان بوجھ کر روپوشی پر مینا خان کے ناقابلِ ضمانت وارنٹ گرفتاری بھی جاری کر دیے گئے۔ عدالتی حکم کے مطابق مینا خان ایف آئی آر 544/24 میں نامزد ملزم ہیں۔

A second Pakistani J-10CE now carries a Rafale victory marking.

Pakistan Air Force photos show another Chinese-built J-10CE from the No. 15 “Cobra” Squadron displaying a marking commemorating an aerial victory over an Indian Air Force Rafale.

The pilot’s patch also indicates 500+ flight hours on the J-10CE.

This is reportedly the second known PAF J-10CE to carry such a marking.
