@aopaderf@DonnyDraper15@SoothingDave FIFA sets the dates and times. It's not like anyone from the US personally made the decision on when to schedule the game.
@essay210@CaseyMattox_ Yeah, I find it hilarious to argue that Congress can control much of the Court's jurisdiction, some of its rules, its size, etc. but somehow cannot compel it to televise its proceedings.
@BaneWruse@ThirdWayLib The extremely obvious difference here which you’re probably intentionally ignoring is that Pelosi and McConnell were both elected over and over again because it’s what the people voted for. Meanwhile, China does not have a proper democracy to elect Xi.
@h07d3n@BasedIllinoisan He obviously did it, but the question is what evidence is going to end up being admissible. The prosecutors have to prove the case with only the legal evidence, which so far some evidence is pretty clearly going to be excluded for constitutional violations.
@FrappuccinoSlim@DrewSav Every juror that thinks you're guilty adds 1/12th to the chance you'll be punished. A wheel is then spun (say with 11/12 and 1/12 odds for an 11-1 jury split) to see if you're found guilty.
@tadstrange4prez@SamRo Well, yeah. But that's not what the question asked. The question itself is completely fine because it's just asking which has higher expected winnings, which has a definite answer.
