यूपी- ललितपुर की आरूषि के पिता की भोपाल में मौत हो गयी. वह एक निर्माण कंपनी में मुलाजिम थे. कंपनी ने 48 लाख रूपये का मुआवजा तय किया.

ग्रामप्रधान और आरूषि के चाचा ने षड़यंत्र करके RTGS से 16 लाख रूपये की रकम अपने खाते में ट्रांसफर करा ली. बाकी पैसे के चेक ले लिये. यह सब ग्रामप्रधान और चाचा ने मृतक के अंतिम संस्कार से पहले कर लिया.

बेशर्म चाचा अंतिम संस्कार के खर्चे के नाम पर 50 हजार रूपये भी ले आया.

आरुषि और उसकी मां को एक रूपया भी नही मिला. गांव में पंचायत भी हुई लेकिन बेईमान किसी भी तरह राजी नही है. अब आरूषि पैसा और इंसाफ पाने के लिए चिलचिलाती धूम में अफसरों के चक्कर काट रही है.

The real discomfort:

If ancient societies were more complex than our moral ladder allows…
then modern superiority loses its pedestal.

Perhaps the question is not
"Why were ancient women oppressed?"

But
"When, how, and under which regimes did restrictions harden?"

Different research program entirely.

yesterday I visited the Harish-Chandra Research Institute in Prayagraj for some work. While I was there, someone casually mentioned the name Ashoke Sen

I had never heard of him before.
