@BBCSport I think this is a standard and expected result from a coach. No need to slam her in public. Also her main focus has to be about the whole team so concentrating all her energy on this one moment isn’t beneficial for the whole team. I expect words will be had behind closed doors.

@Barclaycard and @BarclaysUK have to be just one of the worst for customer service. I’ve just spent the best part of my morning trying to solve an issue that they created and failed to communicate. Three different agents, cut off twice, still not sure I know what’s happened.
