Accent code switching is way more common than people realize, and switching accents can be just subconscious as switching languages for bilingual people.

i don't really have that much context on the hilaria baldwin thing but i'm a bit disappointed with The Discourse talking about it as if a person only ever has one accent

we saw this same thing with Kamala Harris' accents. code switching is a thing
