@FrescoLeon Leon, these are great points. And genuine causes for anxiety. However, we’ve seen earlier (Obama, 2015) that Democrat administration is heavily influenced by tech companies. Why would they do such things to hurt their sponsors? Are you saying that politics is thicker than money?

@_TheHiddenDream Don’t forget the recent tech layoffs and how many H1Bs got axed. You still believe that H1Bs are essential? That’s antiquated ideology, possibly true in 2015. 2022 has shown that H1Bs are possibly most dispensable of the entire tech workforce.

Immigration 101 -- a green card helps the worker LEAVE the business they are currently indentured to. It in no way helps the business. 80,000 people will lose any hope of human rights and freedom of labor tomorrow. It costs nothing to help them. Do the right thing folks!

We know for a FACT that the Senate parliamentarian has NOT seen language of Sec 60002/3/4, the language that has been designed for EB immigrants.

We think @David_J_Bier just wants to be accepted by Democrats because he has alienated Republicans, so he is trying too hard.
