@airindia @MoCA_GoI PNR EKXEW5 and EKZBQT - Air India AI - 2997 flight over booked and could not travel no refund is given even all documents sent to Support team. Refund was due in Jan 26 now in May also no refund and now needs interest.

Grievance is filed on 10th May 26, still not even assigned to any one TAL/REVR/BARA/2026/4. Without looking into the grievance it is assumed it is Suggestion and closed-DIV/HOMT/DHMT/2026/258. How this is working?

e.g. THMCO/R/2026/60414 is made just transfereed to department and closed without seeing the respondant get response or not. This is only one example, i have many cases like this. Request to see what is happing.
