Update: I’ve escalated my complaint with @easyJet after being charged £48 based on a rule the airline later confirmed does not exist, and after being denied the chance to show my bag fit the sizer. Disappointing this couldn’t be resolved directly. #easyJet #ConsumerRights #Travel

Hey @easyJet if your baggage allowance is 45×36×20cm, why am I charged £48 for a smaller bag, that had no issue many times before? Your staff didn’t allow me to put it fully in the sizer, told me it’d get stuck, and she’d charge me anyway. I left feeling humiliated and bullied.
