Celebrating 80 years of Sony 🎉 Looking back at decades of innovative technology and creative storytelling across gaming, TV, movies, music, and anime... what was the first Sony product you ever experienced?
when i hear people talk about what Nurture means to them, and how it’s affected their lives, i can’t tell you how happy it makes me..
i feel understood in all the ways you would hope for as artist; like my exact feelings have reached people, in the exact ways i wanted while making it.
as a listener, i'd always wondered if my favorite artists could feel what i feel when i listen to their music; with Nurture, i’m CERTAIN that’s happening. i’m CERTAIN that you and me are feeling the same things when we listen to Nurture.
it means a lot to me because that highly clear, unambiguous transmission of feeling, where very little is lost or misunderstood along the way, is what i'm always striving for as an artist. it's rare for me and precious to me
happy 5th anniversary to this album. thank you to the people who love it... i hope people will continue to feel what i felt for many years to come

When I created Claude Code as a side project back in September 2024, I had no idea it would grow to be what it is today. It is humbling to see how Claude Code has become a core dev tool for so many engineers, how enthusiastic the community is, and how people are using it for all sorts of things from coding, to devops, to research, to non-technical use cases. This technology is alien and magical, and it makes it so much easier for people to build and create. Increasingly, code is no longer the bottleneck.
A year ago, Claude struggled to generate bash commands without escaping issues. It worked for seconds or minutes at a time. We saw early signs that it may become broadly useful for coding one day.
Fast forward to today. In the last thirty days, I landed 259 PRs -- 497 commits, 40k lines added, 38k lines removed. Every single line was written by Claude Code + Opus 4.5. Claude consistently runs for minutes, hours, and days at a time (using Stop hooks). Software engineering is changing, and we are entering a new period in coding history. And we're still just getting started..
The @analogue 3D was worth the wait! Quick-to-setup drop-in replacement for my still-functioning N64 with a clean 4K60 output. Breathed new life into Smash 64. I played with my brother using 8bitdo controllers; the time flew by! The thumbstick now is less callous inducing. 😅
@keunwoochoi@1x_tech I found out they are currently tele-operating the robots, but it makes sense since they need to collect egocentric novel training data in real-world home environments. Still impressive mechanically! But the artificial intelligence is just “real” intelligence under the hood. 😌
@MaxDerrat For a PS4 hard copy, I had to order through @playasia as there’s no American or European release. Excited to try this soon! Missed out on the original back in the day.
