Ordered @Uber Watched it arriving on the map. Watched it drive past us for 10 minutes in the wrong direction. Tried calling. No answer. Tried messaging. No answer. Tried cancelling to be told I would still be charged. Watched him turn around and head back towards us. Joy!

Calmed down a bit. Watched him drive past us on the map for the second time! Then he cancelled!!! Then I get billed for it!!!! We stood for half and hour with no lift and still got charged!!!
