देश के सभी राज्यों में आरटीई लागू होने के पूर्व राज्यों द्वारा निर्धारित अर्हता रखने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को ही शिक्षक पद पर नियुक्त किया गया है जोकि 25-30 वर्षों से शिक्षण कार्य कर रहे हैं ।
परन्तु आरटीई लागू होने के बाद शिक्षक पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु निर्धारित अर्हता उसके पूर्व में नियुक्त शिक्षकों पर थोपना सरासर अन्याय है ।हम भारत सरकार से अनुरोध करते हैं कि संसद द्वारा कानून पारित कराकर इस अन्याय पर रोक लगाकर देश के लाखों शिक्षकों और उनके परिजनों को न्याय दिलाया जाये ।
