@EE Well I did and they were pathetic I don’t normally complain even when I was left without internet in Thailand for my whole holiday but what’s been offered should be honoured I accepted it and didn’t look elsewhere because of it.

@EE So I signed up for broadband and changed x4 of my sims but apparently your employee made a mistake now you won’t honour it 😡 Rubbish service and liars @Ofcom why is this acceptable behaviour if I made a mistake I would be told im stuck in contract early termination fees!

@AmazonUK my delivery attempt was apparently today at 1.30 doesn’t show on my CCTV anyone came to the address. This has happened a few times now and the driver didn’t follow my delivery instructions. What are you going to do about it? I need my order today not tomorrow, TODAY!

@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK HOW IS THAT FAIR AT ALL! Amazon also sell the same item I shouldn’t lose out because the item is faulty! You have stock of the item you can replace it but you choose not to! Totally not fair why I pay for prime and get rubbish service all the time? Late parcels now this

@AmazonUK it is really unfair when you get a defective item and return within 30 days and you put the item price up so now because the item was faulty I have to pay more. Why not just replace the item? I’m going to cancel my prime and shop on the high street Amazon is rubbish!

@AmazonUK I requested a return for a defective product within 30 days and now because the return window passed im not able to return it. Consumer rights only places a notification responsibility within 30 days also I didn’t have a box so was waiting on an order. 😡

@sainsburys my mum bought some laila rice a while back and we’ve noticed maggots inside the bag of rice this has happened to 2 bags she’s newly opened please can you advise what we can do she obviously doesn’t have the receipt anymore
