There is an elderly journalist and peace activist called Oded Lifschitz still being held captive in Gaza by the guys the journalist union wants us to larp as. He’s 84.

He used to drive to the Gaza border and take sick kids for specialist treatment in Israel, then drive them back to the border.

He’s still a hostage.

I want a ceasefire. Hamas is refusing to participate in talks.

On 30 September 2024, Adam Wagner (@AdamWagner1) accompanied his clients, all of whom are family members of hostages of Hamas with close British connections, on a delegation to London.

They had a private meeting with the Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Foreign Secretary David Lammy at No. 10 Downing Street. This was followed by a memorial reception at No. 10 to commemorate the anniversary of the 7th October 2024 terrorist attacks. The families also held a private meeting with the Qatari Ambassador to the UK.

This evening in Jerusalem, the UK’s new Foreign Secretary, @DavidLammy met with the families of the British hostages and those closely connected to the UK.

Mr Lammy committed the UK Government to be involved in a process with all the relevant parties to #BringThemHome.
