In my anger today, I forgot to thank the real heroes of Uvalde, TX. The three BORTAC agents that arrived on scene and quickly entered the school and took down the domestic terrorist.
Huge shout out to those men who put their lives on the line to stop this monster.

His name is Pete Arredondo & he was the officer in charge who told police not to enter the room and save those kids. He ordered those officers to stand in the hallway while child after child was killed, even though he could still hear shots and 9-1-1 calls were still coming in.

@FargusW @apostlxiii @adamconover Yup, sounds like we do. It’s ironic that the country with the most shootings has no universal healthcare and it’s extremely expensive here. Shoot’em and put them in debt the rest of their lives. It’s a system set up for failure

@apostlxiii @adamconover They can be, for sure. But they can be hard to come by when people just dismiss you for being a moody kid. And private therapy costs around $100 an hour here in the states. So it’s expensive as well.
