Verdict: it was never a selectivity problem. A real therapeutic window exists — but it's a small island in parameter space. Miss the coordinates and you get the last 15 years.
The useful part: the model points to one cheap, up-front experiment that tells you whether a given molecule can thread it — instead of finding out in Phase 2.
Illustrative model, not a molecule — but the bottleneck was never binding. We know where the island is. Happy to compare notes.

Very smart individuals working obsessively with latest models (e.g. Opus 4.7) will out-win clawdbot/automation agents by 10x for the next 6 months.
