@SamanthaDixonMP This is the most vocal you've ever been about CoCH. Why didn't it matter before the report was published? CoCH continued to fail and avoid accountability after Letby and you did or said nothing. You should resign, you've failed Chester too.

Whether you support Letby or not, I think the report also highlights the need for proper accountability in the NHS @TheCountessNHS didn't change after she was arrested. Not once has CoCH ever just apologised, there's always a caveat....

@northernassist Peterborough to Chester via Leeds. I was due on the 1742 to Leeds, the poor bloke at the station is overwhelmed with people and there's no info other than don't travel but I imagine im not the only one stranded mid journey miles from home
