@AGoatRodeoBlog Hi,
I understand and respect the confidentiality of this situation, one must wonder if there is more info related to this story which we do not know about
Every 24 hours we need to re-up:
1. Sleep
2. Morning Sunlight
3. Exercise
4. Nutrients (even if from body stores)
5. Water
The fact that we can survive >24hrs without one or several of these, is irrelevant. Health flourishes when we make getting all 5 of these a daily priority.
All aspects of human health are eroded by deviating from healthy circadian behaviors. Conversely, early day sunlight, movement, bright light all day, and minimal light at night and sleep improve all disease outcomes and health metrics in the healthy. It’s non-negotiable.
Something I explained to 10 yo: Math questions on standardized tests are often meant to test whether you understand math at a deeper level than just grinding through some procedure you've been taught. So when you get what looks like a hard question, first look for shortcuts.
Photographer Toogee Sielsch filmed a badger and coyote strolling together in a forest in South Lake Tahoe, California. They've been spotted together before: https://t.co/FZSTER55Fl, even hunting: https://t.co/KzX9vKDyNy [source: https://t.co/eM5Fln33Fr] https://t.co/LiiT85jpy7
This is an important shift. We noticed it. Going to full solar can deliver an abundance mindset and emotion rather than scarcity. @pomeranian99 has a great account in https://t.co/zKiAqeATpN
