@1TUIUK_ We have used Tui for all our holidays until this point. Feel extremely let down! Our first holiday child free in 23 years. It took a lot of planning. There were many issues with this holiday but the noise and dust was unacceptable! I'm sure it also breaks ABTA guidelines.

@1TUIUK_ What do you mean check the current status? Directors weren't interested in my emails and told me to use complaint procedure. They called, offered £100 which i said is not acceptable for a holiday that cost thousands. They told me they would send anyway, guess what! It never came!

@TUIUK After arranging my wife's 50th at PV Mex, something planned for years, we found out on 25th August Tui cancelled the destination entirely for 2023. For 2 months I have been paying for a cancelled holiday, waiting for a 'Stamp' to avoid amendment fees. Help me amend please.
