@RogersHelps Was advised that only 1 person from Rogers is authorized to talk about my case. Called and left several voice messages to that number since 15/11, no callback or communication yet. Others do not share any info as they are not authorized. Extremely unhelpful!!

@RogersHelps Really frustrated with Rogers as a new customer. 14/11 Opened accnt, 15/11 rcvd SIM but accnt was already closed by then. Contacted Rogers, advised of Fraud and that no payment required. Rcvd bill for full pymnt. No comms from Rogers, no response after several calls

@IgpUdaipur Sir, Indian Embassy has informed me that they have completed my passport renewal, now awaiting PVR from the police. After 4 weeks, no visit to mother's address for verification. I am waiting for my passport to visit my mother who is not well. Please look into it!

@Macys Very disappointed by your rebate fraud. Never expected from Macys. After turning in everything correctly the first time, getting generic message for rejection with no clues left in email. Advised to chat but no chat option on site & forever listen to music over phone.
