Further to my earlier post, an even more serious development has come to light.

Dishadeep Developers had collected money from hundreds of buyers in the name of “3D Green City”, including from my family in 2015. More than 11 years later, our plot has still not been allotted/registered.

Now, Dishadeep Developers Pvt. Ltd. has recently registered “RAMAYANA CITY” under UP-RERA (RERA No. UPRERAPRJ437147/10/2026) and plots are reportedly being offered afresh at substantially higher prices.

If Ramayana City involves the same land/project for which money was collected from the original 3D Green City buyers, this raises extremely serious questions.

How can original buyers who paid their hard-earned money years ago continue to wait without allotment, while the same land/plots are potentially being offered to new buyers at today's prices?
Is this effectively a case where buyers' money was taken years ago, the project remained undeveloped, and the land is now being brought under a new project name and sold again at much higher prices?

Multiple FIRs are already registered, including FIR No. 0213/2023 and FIR No. 0379/2023 at PS Bazar Khala, Lucknow. More than 500 families are reportedly affected and buyers' investments are stated to exceed ₹10 crore.

We request an urgent investigation into the relationship between 3D Green City and Ramayana City, the land involved, money collected from original buyers, development undertaken, and the fresh sale of plots.

500+ families have waited long enough. We need investigation, accountability and justice.

500+ families. Multiple FIRs. More than ₹10 crore reportedly collected. 11+ years of waiting. Still no meaningful resolution.

I am a 65-year-old senior citizen and my wife is 61. My wife booked a residential plot with Dishadeep Developers Pvt. Ltd. in 2015. We paid almost the entire consideration, with only the balance payable at the time of registration remaining.

More than 11 years have passed, yet our plot has neither been allotted nor registered. Our hard-earned lifetime savings remain stuck, while we continue to wait for a resolution.

This is not an isolated case. More than 500 families are reportedly affected. Multiple FIRs have already been registered, including FIR No. 0213/2023 and FIR No. 0379/2023 at Police Station Bazar Khala, Lucknow.

Buyers have reportedly invested more than ₹10 crore, yet the promised development/allotment has not materialised for many affected families.

For senior citizens like us, this is not merely a property dispute. These are our life savings, retirement security and years of hard-earned money.

Despite the scale of the alleged wrongdoing, the number of affected families and the FIRs already registered, buyers continue to wait for effective investigation, accountability and relief.

I humbly request Hon'ble CM Shri @myogiadityanath ji, @CMOfficeUP, @UPPOLICE and the concerned Lucknow Police authorities to kindly look into this matter and ensure that the grievances of the affected families are examined and appropriate action is taken in accordance with law.

I also request the media to kindly take note of the plight of these 500+ affected families and help bring this matter to public attention.

500+ families cannot continue waiting indefinitely for justice.
