Day 1 - Create Strong, Unique Passwords ✨
“Same passwords everywhere? That’s an attackers’ buffet 👀”
Your password is your first line of defence, so don’t make it easy to guess. Use at least 16 characters, avoid personal or predictable information, and most importantly, never reuse the same password across different accounts.
Think of it this way: if you use the same password for your email, social media, and work accounts, if an account is compromised, it’s like you have handed over the keys to your digital life. Instead, create a unique password (or a passphrase) for each account and use a password manager if keeping track becomes difficult.
Quick tip: A random phrase like “PurpleBananasDanceAtMidnight-!” is stronger than “P@ssw0rd!”
What’s one password habit you think everyone should practice?

“Make sure you don’t sleep,” one trafficker belted out. “If you sleep, you fall off. And if you fall off, you die!”

20-year-old Cybersecurity graduate from Nigeria. 🎓
My interests sit around Cloud Security, DevSecOps, AI Security, threat intelligence, defensive security and cloud-native systems.
Over the past few years, I’ve earned certifications including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft SC-200, ISC2 CC and the Google Cybersecurity Certificate, alongside multiple internships and hands-on security projects.
My final-year thesis focused on securing cloud-based LLM applications. I developed a risk assessment model, tested 35 attack scenarios across LLM, RAG, cloud infrastructure and application layers, and developed 14 hardening controls.
I’m now looking to take things further through a fully funded Master’s, scholarships, fellowships, and meaningful opportunities in cybersecurity.
If you know of opportunities I should look into, I’m always open to a pointer, introduction or a conversation.
RTs appreciated. ❤️

Pioneer President, NACSS UNIOSUN 24/26
1st Assembly Member, Faculty of Computing SRC
Failed a course in 100L. That one hit different. The kid who had always found school easy suddenly had to question himself.
I set out to become a 4-pointer and eventually did. Then somehow, university became certifications, multiple internships, projects, late nights, and a leadership journey that took me from the Faculty SRC to becoming NACSS’ pioneer President.
I tried to make NACSS bigger than just UNIOSUN too, spearheading the first attempt at connecting cybersecurity students across institutions for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Four years later, there’s a lot to look back on.
Grateful for everyone who stood by me through it all.
Goodbye, UNIOSUN. ❤️🎓
Hello everyone. I am building a regulatory intelligence tool to solve Nigeria's policy inconsistency woes among other solutions, and I need your help at this stage, particularly from founders, executives, legal professionals, and compliance officers, with a 3-minute survey.
If you qualify for the aforementioned roles (i.e. founders, executives, legal professionals, and compliance officers), click the link below to take the survey.
If you know someone who qualifies, kindly pass the link along to them.
Early respondents get first priority access to what we build next.
Take the 3-minute survey.

Day 1 onboarding session of my @Cyblackorg Internship 🤭
Guest speakers, alumni & co-founders shared valuable nuggets.
Biggest takeaway: Don’t compare your journey. Keep learning, get practical, and don’t underestimate where you’re coming from.

In a bid to end the slave trade, the British delegation met with Oba Kosoko of Lagos in 1851, to put an end to the (trans-atlantic) slave trade.
Oba Kosoko REFUSED (Pan-Africanists una). The British Navy was called in with threats of bombardments, before this Oba ceded power and ran to Epe.
Meanwhile, go and Google "Madam Efunroye Tinubu" (wife of Oba Adele of Lagos) and her connection to all of this.
There's a reason History was banned in Nigeria because you can trace the deliberate intention to enslave Nigerians and keep them in servitude, to the 1800s. My country people are ignorant of this.
I am glad to share that I have been accepted into the Cyblack Internship Program 🎉✨️
A big thank you to @Cyblackorg@ireteeh for the opportunity. I’m looking forward to learning, building, and gaining more experience in cybersecurity and cloud security.
Dear @MTNNG I FINALLY HAVE A RESPONSE FOR YOU
