So many people quit before they see the results they prayed for.

Not because they are not talented, not because they are not capable. But because somewhere along the journey, they lose sight of why they started.

One of the questions I get asked most often is: "Victoria, how have you kept going?" Others say, "I want just a dot of your consistency"

Honestly the secret sauce to keep going, to keep doing the thing that you said you're going to do is, CLARITY. Yes I know this word is thrown around very often but it's the absolute truth.

There have been seasons when things moved slower than I expected. Seasons when I questioned whether the effort was worth it....eeeeh.

Seasons when I received rejection emails like badges of honor. But every time I found myself discouraged, I came back to the same question: "Why did I start?" The answer never changed.

And that answer has always been enough to help me take the next step, and then the next one after that.

When you are clear about why you started, it becomes easier to keep going when things get hard. You'll face rejection. Some opportunities will pass you by. Funding applications won't always go your way. People won't always understand your vision.

But when you know the problem you're trying to solve and the impact you're committed to creating, you find a way forward. You adjust your strategy. You reinvent yourself. You learn new skills. You keep showing up.

Because your purpose is bigger than the obstacles in front of you. And for me, that is what it means to BECOME UNSTOPPABLE.

And that's exactly the kind of conversations we're crafting at this year's @AfricanSisters_ Brunch & Learn.
