@popoola_copy @ZahHaffejee Hmmm, it's makhruh by some i.e forbidden ,you can't bring an ayat of the Qur'an that explicitly prohibits music nor an authentic hadith, there are hadiths that seems as if wasn't prohibited and some that made it seem as it is.
Music has been historically disputed among scholars.
