@EurekaforbesIN Am sure Mr Rakesh Moza and Ms Anu Kotian would like to use my experience as a case study to show their sale team how not to treat a customer… if this is how I’m treated during purchase of a new product I shudder to think what I’ll have to encounter in case of a service issue!!
@Eureka_ForbesIN@EurekaforbesIN I’m having a harrowing experience while attempting to get a refund for purchase on https://t.co/EaLJtlYZNj of ₹10,349 for Order # CEN1KA7S37099788 & bank discount of ₹1,500/- not applied for Order # QSH1KA7U62077740…
@EurekaforbesIN The social media team handling this handle explains that the company is not responsible if their website doesn’t apply the available discounts and it’s my responsibility as a customer to check before paying!
@EurekaforbesIN@Eureka_ForbesIN I still haven’t heard from anyone confirming resolution on these two issues as yet. Appreciate if someone can do the needful asap!
@pranabsamanta India is playing a delicately balanced tight rope walk through this era of shifting sands in the global socio-economic landscape… let’s hope we come out sailing at the other end and not end up as another shipwreck somewhere underneath the deep blue waters…
@monster_sleepin@DeepikaBhardwaj I am a 57-years old retired investment banker. I bought a house in South Delhi to allow my in-laws to live comfortably in 2005. Spent 10-years battling false DV cases, where the judge not only wrongly estimated my income but refused to follow High Court orders! Finally I paid…
@DeepikaBhardwaj I was married for 3 decades and then greed of my erstwhile in-laws & wife sent me to hell and back. Nothing that our judiciary could do to protect me from the wrath of social bias… as stated by a close relative… am collateral damage in larger struggle for women’s rights
@PhalgunGundu@ShivAroor@ndtv@narendramodi Our legal system is an entity on to itself… am a victim of a decade of judicial terrorism… I’m 57 going on 70… let’s hope I’m able to recover from the trauma in my lifetime… but will remain a statistic at best
@khanumarfa There is some course correction happening in a majority Hindu India. Aggressive language because you’re feeling the pain of appeasement going away and/ or turning a blind eye to the brand of pseudo secularism (it wasn’t true secularism… it was vote bank politics) is unfortunate
@khanumarfa Unfortunate mindset. There are many minority groups that have lived peacefully in India for centuries. Hopefully someday others will learn to stop demanding preferential treatment and stop destroying what has kept us alive as a civilisation. This is what Sanatan Dharam teaches us
