@RebeccaWarnefo3@QBCCIntegrity@POTUS@VP@AlboMP Nope. The election tested that very question, right? Dutton, clearly Trump-aligned, was comprehensively rejected by the electorate. That pretty much defines what “Australian values” means until the next election. We aren’t Trump-aligned, and we won’t be dictated to by the US.
@TrumpetPatriots how dare you send unsolicited text messages. Everything about your so-called party disgusts me, starting with the people at the top. Please go away.
Here's a song of ours from years ago that's been dug up, given a lovely video by @adeyjordan and will be released on the new Sound As Ever compilation. We hope you like it.

@bendigobank Wow, just received a letter from you. $6 account keeping fee being removed, yay for me! New $2.50 fee per transaction at the bank - seriously? Who does that hit? Offline people, typically least able to afford it. You've really lost your heart, haven't you. #revert
@FFMVic_Chief appalling decision to proceed with today’s planned burn in the Black Range, a few km from our region’s most successful family-run vineyard, Sedona Estate - before they finish the harvest. FFM refused a stay of two weeks to avoid tainting the crop. @ACurrentAffair9
@KosSamaras is it true - as widely reported - that RedBridge survey results labelled the PM a “beta male”? That seems surprisingly specific language that I would associate with a narrow demographic. It makes for interesting headlines but I feel like it might be cherry-picking.
Update: @rowandean is absolute joke, a finger-pointing excuse for a journalist. I’m sick of the Sky crew with their baseless opinions designed to divide the community in pursuit of the mighty dollar.
@JohnRuddick2 Any issue important enough to be put to referendum stands on its own merits. Like many people, John, you don’t understand that every coin toss has 50% chance of coming up heads regardless of previous tosses. As for The Voice - it certainly wasn’t Labor that made it divisive.
@TEDchris This is from a TED-related LinkedIn group. It has >14000 likes, 2500 shares. It’s a poorly animated moral play that claims it won an Oscar. Why aren’t people downvoting? It’s nothing like TED standard. The content we don’t call out becomes the content we accept.
@denmeade Impressed they’re getting out of the gate early, but I don’t see a definitional section - i.e. what is AI, do we have AI, what defines the thing we’re actually talking about: LLM, learning system, neural network? I suspect they’ll run into trouble scoping the conversation.
@ATDW @mercer you asked for honest answers, and made this question mandatory. Every option was positive, and I couldn't find one I could honestly select, hence I can't submit the survey. A flawed design.
@ATDW your stated reason for no text on images ignores the last decade of web technology and responsive web pages. Time to update your policies and tech?
@ATDW frustrated to be reminded that you don’t accept listings for events if the attached image has text on it. Surely every theatrical production has its name and credits on the image? Major productions promoted without branding is ridiculous - and the reason given is outdated.
@ATDW Generally theatrical productions are contractually obligated to print credits on all ads and promos, so if organisations want to promote shows through you they are legally exposed.
@phien_ngung@pgarrett The timeframe for delivery of the subs is so long that the deal could be seen as ensuring our defences are compromised for decades. Surely there are more immediate solutions.
@phien_ngung Sorry, but I’ve never seen a drag performer dressed in a “sexually flirtatious” way - and certainly not in a way that kids would understand as “sexy”. Meanwhile pop stars who appeal to tweens push every boundary of acceptable dress and behaviour.
