Rejection, as hard as it can be (believe me I know) is really a win as rejection from the person who isnโt a right fit is just getting you one step closer to the person who is.

My main parenting advice works for adults too which is that when someone has a tantrum then eventually collects themself enough to rejoin the group, you really don't need to embarrass them about it? You can just be cool and say "hey glad you're here"
