The way they reply is filled with sarcasm and mockery of the customers. Across India I haven’t seen this behavior with any indigo staff. Also the heroics then also was for a woman staff.
@dickiebush@businessbarista@RomeenSheth Challenge is in making it open, inclusive and yet engaging for everyone involved. Maybe get the expert to filter people at scale categorize and pool them into groups. Otherwise it just relies on privilege, access and referrals.
