@NHAI_Official the toll tax waiting time at certain plazas is horrible. Spent more than 10 minutes on the plaza next to the counter at Piplaz toll plaza because the login was not working. Similarly at Beawar Kishangarh NH8 plaza, big queue with no discipline.
