@Uber_Support Today a bike driver abused me just for being 1 min late. After I cancelled & rebooked, he accepted again only to call & abuse me further. This is mentally draining & a serious safety issue. I demand strict action with proof he’s blocked from Uber.

I ordered a package and didn’t like the quality of the product and wanted to return it, the seal tag was missing when it was delivered to me. I’ve been trying since last week to return it, but it’s getting rejected.

Worst experience ever!!! I was explaining my concern to your representative and he ended the chat without resolving my issue. That was really very rude of him. Train your staff properly and resolve my issue ASAP.
