TRACES पर इस कारण register नहीं कर पा रहे है।

Almost सब LLPs और Companies को TRACES पर registration/validation करते समय error आ रहा है:
"PAN is not linked with TAN - Apply TAN Change Request."

लेकिन जब Protean (NSDL) portal पर जाते हैं, वहाँ message दिख रहा है: "TAN Change Request is under development and will be made available shortly." 🤷🏻‍♂️

मतलब
👉 TRACES कह रहा है TAN Correction apply करो
👉 Protean कह रहा है facility अभी available नहीं है

इस mismatch की वजह से कई deductors और professionals, Income Tax Portal पर TAN Registration ही complete नहीं कर पा रहे हैं, जबकि TDS & TCS Return filing timelines लगातार चल रही हैं.

🙏 Request to @IncomeTaxIndia & @ProteanEgovTech: या तो interim solution provide किया जाए, या clear official extension of timelines जारी की जाए ताकि unnecessary hardship avoid हो सके.

How does it matter whether GST on ₹100 popcorn is 5% or 12% or 18%?

Here Senior Citizens are paying 18% GST on Health Insurance worth ₹80000.

Sad to say this. @GST_Council really needs to get priorities right.

Trace - The TDS site is working slowly

The majority of Taxpayers got Form 16 in July, and few have to revise, but there is hardly any time left for 31 July and also portal issues

FM @nsitharaman should permanently sift the due date for Individuals ITR filing to 31 Aug @IncomeTaxIndia

Make the change in #Budget2024 on 23 July wef AY 2024-25

Today is 13th June, Due date for filing Income Tax return (Non audit cases) is 31st July i.e. only 48 days left to file.

But still cannot download AIS/TIS from @IncomeTaxIndia portal.

Why and who is responsible for this delay? Finance Ministry will conveniently blame the taxpayer for this delay & will not grant any extension.
