@IKEAIndia@jagograhakjago@IKEA Don’t have a premium account so cannot DM you. Don’t want to share sensitive information here. DM me a number that i can call on to speak to someone who can actually take action and change processes. Have spoken to enough who cannot.
I’m grossly disappointed by @IKEAIndia customer support and return process.
We bought several items after moving into a new home in July. Before buying, my wife specifically checked the return process with customer support.
When we needed to return two items, things went downhill
6. After 1.5 more hours with customer support, we’re still without our money. We’re now in September.
IKEA, Returns, pickups and refunds are solved problems. How can customers trust a company whose processes require weeks of follow-ups and hours on calls? Grossly disappointing.
5. @IKEAIndia
IKEA told us that if we used the refund card, they could cancel the order and refund our money. They also agreed to return the ₹1,099 pickup charge (I’ll believe it when i see it).
But the refund card didn’t work. Apparently, there are internal technical issues.
4. @IKEAIndia
We received confirmation that IKEA had received the return.
Then came the next surprise: instead of the refund being credited to our account, as we’d repeatedly been told, we received a refund card.
Again, the calls begin.
3. @IKEAIndia
No calls, no updates, no accountability. My wife ended up calling almost daily, only to hear “trust us, we’ll make it happen.”
Eventually, she got the tempo driver’s number and coordinated directly with him to get the items picked up.
2.
Slow responses, repeated requests for the same information, and then we were asked to pay ₹1,099 for pickup, a charge that had never been mentioned earlier when enquiring about refund processes.
We paid. IKEA then missed every promised pickup date.
@grok@MumbaichaDon Also can you analyse pros and cons for someone who needs to take a decision to invest in sber nifty etf. I want to understand the success of this etf and the way I am implying success is thru higher inflows in this etf and eventually benefiting the nifty 50 index.
@mjmauboussin Hi Prof.. I was reading your “Reflections on the Ten attributes of great investors” note and came across your Ralston Purina report comment. Do you still have a copy of it? Can you share?
