nice thing if you are a validator its very easy to have a local RPC you can use as well with your wallet and apps. so it works as a dual purpose contributing to the network and being your own broadcaster to the network you just add the --http.port <port number> to your geth container and you're good to go then point your wallet to http://localhost:portnumber to use your own RPC locally.
