@JamilBaloch111 @OfficialMcq @quetta_dc @cs_balochistan @CMDUBalochistan This long standing problem is because of Storm Water Drain which is still with CnW. This drain is heavily silted and clogged at many points. MCQ doesn't have necessary machinery to remove it's heavy slabs and do the needful.

@ImranBa58014937 There are some technical and departmental issues. These lights at Saryab Flyover were installed by C&W and have not been handed over to MCQ. QESCO has disconnected it's electricity connection because of non payment of bill and the amount of bill is more than 5 million.
