New paper by Suyog Chaudhari & @PokhrelYadu (@MSU_EGR) in @theAGU Water Resources Research investigates flooding patterns across the Amazon River basin, findings "large dams in the Amazonian subbasins...have altered downstream river flow amplitude by up to 3 orders of magnitude."
