If Dangote refinery is being built in Kenya, it will strengthen bilateral relationship among Africans and also create employment to Kenyan citizens. It will not create any monopoly. Is Kenyan govt restricting other business men not to carry out the same project, or is it because Dangote is a Nigerian and a black man? If it is Bill Gate or Elon Musk that is carrying out that refinery project, all those noises wouldn't have occurred.
