Got an iPad returned under warranty from @JohnLewisRetail that couldn’t be set up as it used to belong to @AldiUK. And now I’m told to contact Aldi to resolve it. You can imagine how my call with Aldi would go. How odd. No issues with data security there then!

@stwater when you know the water is unsafe to drink because of bacteria, do you not think it would be more honest to say so, rather than to just to say there’s a “fault”? I imagine that there’s a high chance that my three children will be “impacted” by the “fault”. @Ofwat
