โ250+ International Selectionsโ sounds like a football factory.
So I went through Minerva Academyโs own boards, name by name.
What I found is not 250+ unique internationals. It looks more like repeated category entries, inflated by the same players appearing across U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U19, U23 and Senior.

WAKE UP AIFF! Stop enjoying the FIFA World Cup 2026 free trip. @KhelNow
The FIFA World Cup 2030 qualifiers begin in March 2027, and India is currently just one position away from dropping into Round 1.
For those unaware, Round 1 is essentially a knockout playoff between the lowest-ranked teams in Asia. Lose that tie and your World Cup campaign is over before it has even properly started.
India are currently ranked 138 in the FIFA rankings. The closest AFC nations behind them are Turkmenistan (141), Yemen (145) and Singapore (148). All three are currently in the Round 1 bracket. If any of them overtake India in the rankings over the coming months, #IndianFootball could be heading towards a nightmare scenario.
Meanwhile, the rest of Asia is already preparing for the qualifiers. Malaysia have overhauled their coaching and technical setup. Bangladesh are actively expanding their pool of diaspora players. Other nations are planning months ahead. What exactly is India's plan?
AIFF FOOTBALL HOUSE: DARKNESS AT NOON
Recently, a video clip circulating on social media captured an interesting activity; the AIFF President @kalyanchaubey was spotted distributing free tickets to fans in Kolkata minutes before the start of the ISL Kolkata Derby.
Kudos to Chaubey for such benevolence, though one strongly suspects it was mainly for the optics. Normally, charity doesnโt begin at home for Chaubey and his chief constable M Satyanarayan, the Deputy Secretary General of the AIFF. Ever since the duo wrested full control in early 2024, they have reduced the headquarters of the AIFF, Football House in Delhi, to complete shambles through their blatant anti-staff activities.
The staff members are being mistreated in the worst possible manner. Their annual increments have been stopped; the yearly bonus has been reduced drastically with TAs/DAs heavily cut down. The long-standing practice of one monthโs salary as a bonus payment is a thing of the past. What the Chaubey-Satyanarayan combination offers now is a pittance.
Senior and experienced staff members have either left in disgust or have been shown the door. Little effort has been made to fill in the vacant positions with professionals. Rampant parochialism has allegedly played a role in fresh recruitments.
Nearly 14 months have passed since any annual increment has been offered to a staff member, barring a few exceptions. Instead, some of them are encouraged to work from home so that salaries can be reduced. The contracts of most of the employees have been extended only up to May 31.
The chief argument is that there is a paucity of funds since the sponsors and investors have steadily run away under the Chaubey-Satyanarayan administration. Very true. But it hasnโt stopped the AIFF from buying an SUV for Rs 33 lakhs, which remains stationed almost for the exclusive use of Chaubey. A luxurious guest house is permanently booked for Rs. 80,000/- per month. The President parks himself there for days whenever he is in Delhi. The number of air tickets issued to the President in the past four years has surely broken all previous records. The total amount is simply staggering. The severe cash crunch hasnโt stopped the DSG from receiving the nod of the Finance Committee for a 30 per cent increment that runs into six figures.
In the meantime, the AIFF has enough money to entertain its entourage of members in a five-star hotel in Kolkata for 72 hours for a two-hour Special General Meeting on May 23 which is reportedly called for โdiscussion and deliberation". The coffers suddenly dry up when it comes to paying those who toil day and night to actively run the game throughout the year. The nearer the church, the further from God.
This post serves no purpose. It will make no difference. Because a leopard cannot change its spots.

This win going under the radar shows how much knowledgeable our football fans are.. This is such a watershed moment for women's football in India. The hype and celebration for wins in random Mickey mouse tournaments can be diverted to these moments..

Whoever shit is handling the @KeralaBlasters page needs to know that, the offical media handle which was an identity of this club praised by many is not something to be run on your personal opinions or agendas. If you've something to say post it from your personal account (1/n)
Signing of the season. And he is Just 24 years old. Fine defender, and very good as an attacking weapon in set pieces. Definitely would be happy if we retain him next year.

Itโs no coincidence a doctor from Odisha, same place from where Abhik came, is posting this. Abhik is turning the club into a circle of friends and family. This kind of blatant nepotism is destroying the foundation of the club. ๐โฝ #KBFC#SaveOurClub
At Kerala Blasters, football is the only currency. You can talk about "structural changes" all day, but if the player recruitment isn't happening, the rest is just noise. Performance on the pitch is the only thing that matters. ๐กโฝ๏ธ #KBFC#ISL

Kenya - 133
India - 67
But it felt the opposite, We were utterly poor in all departments that we even failed to create a chance. We were far better than this in the Asian Cup.

Club is going through a crisis and looking for answers from the management. But FAB is yet to release anything regarding this meeting. What kind of Advisory board are you? Just feeling shame that such things are part of our club
