@apgxxn@helloiamleonie@liquidai Classic VC herd mentality: fund what everyone else funds, miss the real trend. She called this a year ago and 67% from a 2B model on one GPU backs her up. The 'naive' takes age the best.
@helloiamleonie@liquidai Ein Jahr später genau das geshipt, wofür man dich naive genannt hat. Beste Rache.
#Energiewende
@TRADEBOLTINDIA These comparisons always use gross numbers. Factor in taxes and rent and the gap narrows fast. I'd take the ₹4,500 in the UAE over ₹7,000 in Germany, with 0% income tax more ends up in my pocket.
Household humanoid robots are multiplying
Hisense just showed Savvy 02, its second home humanoid--You could call it an adult humanoid butler.Bigger than the first one, with 28 DoF, 5 kg+ per arm, and 1.5 m/s on an omnidirectional base.
It can fold clothes, put things away, prep food, feed the pet, and run the washer and fridge. Foldable torso helps it move through the house, though it still can’t do stairs...Workspace is roughly a 3 m diameter cylinder, 0–2 m high.
So,it can also be extended to service venues such as restaurants, hotels, and supermarkets.

LG CLOiD. Midea MIRA. Haier HIVA. Hisense Savvy 02....
Major appliance brands are moving into home robotics for a reason. Smart appliances can connect, communicate and automate individual tasks, but people still do much of the physical work.
Home robots could fill that gap, connecting washing machines, refrigerators, robot vacuums and other devices into a coordinated household automation system.
A smart home that doesn't just respond to commands, but gets things done.
It's time to give people back the hours they spend on housework.
Sam Altman says I find myself shocked at just how many vulnerabilities these AI systems are finding.
Sam Altman:
"If I could recommend only one thing to a company right now to do with AI in the very short term, even more than become super productive with Codex, it would be to really understand the security threat landscape from AI and mitigate against that."
"I realize this is probably somewhat annoying for me to say. They're like, 'Well, you're creating the problem. Now you're telling us we have to work on the solution.'"
"I think we'll have to look at new kinds of services that are constantly monitoring traffic and not letting these things be exploited."
"I find myself shocked at just how many vulnerabilities these AI systems are finding and what it's going to take just the incredible Herculean effort that it's going to take to get ahead of this."
@salar Love this. Für mich ist gutes Design die Verbindung von Form und Funktion, but for decades the economics forced builders to pick function only. Your robots are ending that trade-off. Curved brickwork at scale is the proof.
100% robot-laid bricks on a real project, not a showroom. What's the biggest bottleneck for scaling to the next 15 houses?
@TheNomadRaider@jwmares As a founder: intent good, execution brutal. A single hire can cost you a 3-year wage obligation. Europe wonders why it has no venture culture, then legislates like this. In Dubai you build a team in days.
@NanneWielinga@jwmares Fair point on the insurance. But 1.5-5.5% of payroll is still a permanent cost on every hire. From my experience in the startup scene, flexible labor laws matter - that's why 1,200+ German companies operate in the UAE.
In meinem kostenlosen Webinar zeigen dir drei Experten, welche Möglichkeiten du hast und wie du dich vorbereiten kannst – ohne Deutschland sofort verlassen zu müssen.

Ghostty 1.4 is now out! Full Kitty graphics with animation (the first terminal besides Kitty to do it), scrollback compression for much lower memory usage, macOS 27 support, a new OpenGL renderer on Linux, ghostty +ssh, big performance gains, and hundreds more changes.
The highlights:
- Scrollback compression: scrollback compresses ~90+% on average, meaning your terminals use that much less live memory
- Huge memory savings across the board: no single large thing, just lots of good improvements lowers memory usage everywhere, netting anywhere from 50 to 90% less memory usage depending on workload
- Kitty graphics is now 100% complete, including animation and relative placements, after a full conformance pass against the spec and Kitty itself
- The Kitty clipboard protocol, with an image preview when a program asks to read your clipboard
- Split drag and drop on Linux, including between windows
- ghostty +ssh installs terminfo on remote hosts automatically, so things just work over SSH
- Lots of terminal emulation accuracy fixes
This release is 7 months of work from 172 contributors over 2,889 commits. It also fixes 10 security advisories, so please update.

@XploreAi Interesting benchmark. The gap between 37% and everyone else at 0% shows how early we are. I remember the same pattern with coding evals two years ago. And the physical world is a much bigger market.
