There are tons of skull crusher variations out there — from Paul Carter’s PJR pullovers to super strict versions.
But from an athletic standpoint, my favorite is @StrengthDebates Tricep Roll Ups.
You can load more weight than traditional strict skull crushers, and the carryover to basketball, baseball, and everyday upper body power movements is excellent. The extra range and stretch + the ability to be more explosive makes them feel way more functional.
Highly recommend throwing these in every now and then for tricep size and performance.
SpaceX's Starship rocket just performed a flip maneuver and precisely splashed down on target in the Indian Ocean next to a few buoys with @Starlink on them. The softest splashdown we've seen yet.
SpaceX employees ended the stream chanting "USA! USA! USA!"🇺🇸
@garage_gym_dad I never heard her say it. I did hear Joey Diaz tell @joerogan about it a few years ago and was put into a reel on YouTube/Instagram. https://t.co/Mdlc5h6KZY
The TRUTH About Squat Range of Motion
I believe you CAN handle the truth. Let me know if anything doesn’t make sense and I’ll keep working to explain it better.
@BowTiedBroke Well, first things first. It’s not “offsides” , just “offside”
As an American whose daughter plays D1 soccer I was explained plainly.
Imagine a QB is about to throw the ball. At release of the throw if the WR is past the CB , that’s OFFSIDE!
“Don’t Deadlift” is said with good intention but misses truth:
Ability is a scale.
You don’t have a zero of ability.
And life has demand.
Exercising ability somewhere on a gradient scale is less extreme than avoidance or working through fear.
🧵 Strategic deadlift scale…
A great @SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch this morning. When it takes off about an hour before sunrise, the exhaust forms a "jellyfish" plume. Way cool. Wish they could time all the launch for this effect.

@adamscrabble Either way Zerchers have become a go-to movement for myself struggling with deep back squats and also the amount of weight I could hold doing Front/Kettlebell squats. I can ecall @Alexfeinberg posting big numbers doing them.
I learned from @zachhomol_ that every exercise is a lat exercise
Including squats
I don’t normally squat the day after back day, but I needed to get my leg day in today on short rest & it showed
My lats were my point of failure
I still hit 3 sets of 6 @ 369 lbs on Zercher squats
But this was about as much of a squat morning as you’ll ever see me do on this exercise
Good thing the weight will feel lighter next week 💪🏼
@BowTiedHRT I’ve wanted to try that weird trick of onions taped to the bottom of my feet overnight. That seems about as weird as it sounds. Supposedly it draws the virus out the pores at the foot.
