👉 During the hearing of the Punjab employees’ DA case in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, for the first time in Punjab’s history, Chief Secretary KAP Sinha aka Topi Sinha was issued a notice for Criminal Contempt!

👉 The “Topi Sena’s” lies were exposed in court, as the veil of falsehood was lifted!

👉 The Bhagwant Mann government has stooped to such questionable tactics to avoid paying DA to its employees!

👉 An expensive lawyer was brought in from Delhi, a false affidavit was submitted in the name of the Supreme Court, and even the Vakalatnama was filed without signatures, allegedly misleading the High Court itself!

👉 Luxury government houses and lavish facilities for those from Delhi, while Punjab’s employees are being denied their dues!

👉 Now, on Wednesday, Chief Secretary Topi Sinha, also known as Kumar Anugrah Prasad Sinha, will have to explain why the court was allegedly misled.
