My three most important rules for a Breast Pathologist :
1. Quality is not an act, it is a habit (Aristotle).
2. Dance a close and respected tango with the clinicians.
@fouad_boulos I highly recommend all "modern" breast pathologists to read this "antiquated" book, that was written by one of the pioneers of our profession . His observations are timeless, though the pictures are in black and white.
@fouad_boulos The best criteria for apocrine breast lesions are in one of the best breast pathology textbooks.

@fouad_boulos From time to time those hard to define proliferations are due to partial involvement of UDH by LCIS, so vague cribriform pattern can be present, I agree that it is less likely in this case, but still worth doing E-Cadherin, LCIS can be a sneaky diagnosis....
