"The next phase in the fight against this disease can begin – the ramping up of the largest immunization campaign in history."
@unicefchief on the first shipment of COVID-19 vaccines by the COVAX Facility.

Hot off the press! @AerikM@LindqvistLab and me FACS sorted live cells based on a FRET reporter for PLK1 activity. On the one side we defined proteome changes occurring during G2 transition @Cells_MDPI https://t.co/EtDVdWL4uM
@MattNeuro I was just now in a supermarket and many people were very conscious. But I'm also going off peak and as seldom as possible these days. Mostly ordering.
@MattNeuro I would like to see @karolinskainst set an example. Want to add a bit of self-critizism as well - my impression is that young internationals are a group with low compliance.
And yes, I go to different stores. The ones on the west coast 😅
@MattNeuro That's an assumption that you imply. I see many people, companies and institutions following the policies and going beyond. Posting a single picture showing this type good-practice would in the same way not imply anything about Sweden as a whole.
@MattNeuro The picture shows @scilifelab and the new students disregarding official policies. That is wrong and not to be excused. The picture does not speak for 'the top medical research institute, or yet for whole Sweden. The policy in Sweden is like most other countries: keep distance.
@cubasuarez1981@carlhenric@AgnesWold The sudden jump of R0 in Germany is just a statistical fluke. Infection numbers are very low so that the one local large outbreak in an industrial slaughterhouse affects the number disproportionately. Nothing indicates an large increase in general spreading in Germany.
