@upandafter@BuzzPatterson I fly legally in EWR airspace all the time. No plane has ever had to see and avoid my drones. I maneuver before they are even close.
Dominican House of Studies, Washington D.C. This shoot required weeks of approval with several federal agencies and law enforcement. We are grateful for all who helped make this happen. https://t.co/UVus70HtWR #aerojo#dronephotography#dronevideo
@ABPosse007@BuzzPatterson@EagleInTheCloud I wouldn't be pissed. When I started flying drones commercially, you were required to be a licensed pilot.
Meaning, fly real airplanes. The big problem is with reckless amateurs. The FAA is way under staffed and needs a lot more help.
They already have that technology and a lot more. I just did a job 3 miles from the White House. Secret Service and TSA had the capability of taking my drone out of the sky with very little effort, if I deviated from my approved flight plan. the huge problem is staffing. They just donโt have enough infrastructure to handle the amount of drones that are out there now.
@News12NJ The FAA is severely understaffed. It needs a lot more staff for enforcement and staff for legal airspace authorizations. Itโs getting very difficult to operate a legal drone business
AEROJO in Washington D.C.! This was the most complicated air space that Iโve ever flown in. It took a month to coordinate with several agencies. Hereโs the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception less than 4 miles from the White House https://t.co/YcaU2c1ffp #aerojo #dronephotography #dronevideo
